CANCELLATION POLICY

• all appointments require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will incur a fee equal to 40% of the scheduled service price, which must be paid before booking future appointments. • 7 minute grace period. please TEXT us if you are running late. after 7 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged accordingly. • we have a zero tolerance for no shows. those who no call no show will be charged accordingly and banned from booking future appointments. • all sales are final. we do not offer refunds or exchanges. by scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to the policies.
